Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds are handled at Whispering Brain.

We want every family to feel confident enrolling with us. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation by you

  • To cancel an enrolment, please contact us in writing at whispheringbrain@gmail.com.
  • Cancellations requested before a program begins may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable administration or registration charges.
  • Once a program has started, fees for sessions already scheduled or delivered are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a program or session and are unable to offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund for the affected portion.

Rescheduling

Where possible, we are happy to reschedule missed sessions. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can accommodate your request.

How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
  • Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to reflect in your account.
